Dude, dude. Powerful words.
Why on earth (literally and figuratively) are we throwing away our ticket to Paradise, simply because we “live for the moment”? We live for a greater moment, which is definitely not within the average life span of a human.
Yes. We breathe, we live, we work, we cry, we hope, we strive, we do … at the moment. But during those collective “moments”, those seconds, hours, years, we are preparing for this call, for an event that will determine what those little seconds and years meant, after all.
“Those are the ones who have purchased error [in exchange] for guidance, so their transaction has brought no profit, nor were they guided.” (Qur’an 2:16)
